•Evolved the event theme into the foundational creative concept, aligning messaging to company performance, purpose, and forward-looking goals
•Directed all attendee communications, including pre-event emails and a centralized event hub to drive engagement and clarity
•Led design and execution of conference visuals, including stage design, presentation environments, and on-site display graphics
•Oversaw presentation design and storytelling, elevating executive content through visual enhancements and narrative structure
•Provided creative guidance and coaching to senior executives, ensuring clarity, confidence, and brand alignment in delivery
•Designed digital display experiences for an off-site event at the United Center, extending the brand into a high-profile venue associated with the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Blackhawks
•Produced feature videos, including a 35th Anniversary piece and a year-in-review highlighting key accomplishments and impact
•Ensured brand consistency and quality control across all touch points, from communications to environment to final content
